Overview We are a biopharmaceutical company that historically was focused on developing a portfolio of small molecule superoxide dismutase (SOD) mimetics to improve radiotherapy in cancer, primarily by reducing one of the most common side effects of radiotherapy, severe oral mucositis (SOM). In October 2025 we sold our assets related to avasopasem and rucosopasem and all other dismutase mimetics assets to Biossil, Inc. (Biossil), a privately-held company based in Toronto, Canada.
